Refund policy

At Karippayi Ayurveda Hospital, we are committed to providing a smooth and transparent experience for our patients.

Appointment Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation will be eligible for a full refund.

Treatment Package Cancellations: You may cancel a treatment package up to 2 days (48 hours) before the start of the first session to receive a full refund (excluding any payment gateway or transaction charges).

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled treatment start will not be eligible for a refund.

No-Show Policy: No refunds will be provided for missed appointments without prior notice.

Refund Processing: All eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
